A positive and forward-looking meeting recently took place between key figures from the Bailiwick and Brittany Ferries, with discussions centred around enhancing the visitor experience and working collaboratively to support the island’s tourism sector.
“It was a very positive meeting,” said Alan Sillett, President of the Guernsey Hospitality Association. “We discussed ideas on how we can work together for the betterment of the island and our visitor economy. We also touched on how the Bailiwick of Guernsey is a beautiful archipelago, with all of the islands being special places for visitors to enjoy memorable moments.”
The meeting also highlighted encouraging signs for the upcoming summer season, with strong bookings already being reported.
“We look forward to forging a positive long-term relationship with Brittany Ferries,” added Sillett. “It’s great to see that bookings for this summer season are looking strong.”
